Singapore-based investor buys Cleveland, Brisbane service station

A Singapore-based private investor has paid $1.95 million for a BP service station in Brisbane's Cleveland.
The BP service station, at 376 Bloomfield Street, comprises a convenience store, a large storage area, on-grade car parking areas and sits on a total site area of 1,590 square metres.
The property is leased to BP on a nine-year term until August 2017, with two further five-year options.
The selling agents were Michael Harcourt and Jon Tyson of Savills retail sales. More than 100 enquiries were received for the property.
