Brisbane unit prices steady over March quarter: REIQ

Unit prices in Brisbane have remained steady over the last year, according to the latest Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) data report.

Some 1060 unit sales were recorded over the March quarter. The median unit price stands at $390,000, which is the same figure as last quarter.

The $396,000 annual median unit price to March 2013 represented a 0.8% decrease on the $399,000 last March.

Suburbs that recorded significant growth included Kangaroo Point.
