A three-bedroom condominium in the world's first Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast is up for grabs with a price guide above $1.5 million.

Gold Coast couple Rob and Gaye Williams are selling their three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, which was only used occasionally for holidays.

The property features inlaid marble floors, timber parquetry and Italian art and mosaics adorn the walls.

The property also boasts hand painted finishes by decorating company Artisans, including a gold leaf ceiling.

A lounge – filled with European furniture of rich velvet and silk fabrics – opens up to a terrace with views over the hotel's pool.

The potential buyer will have use of the six star hotel facilities including restaurants, bars and recreational facilities.

Condominium 60 is listed through Sam Guo and Julia Kuo of Ray White Broadbeach, with EOI closing May 27.
