Inala houses the cheapest among 35 suburbs priced under the $500,000 Brisbane median: REIQ
Inala, a multicultural suburb 18 kilometres south west of the Brisbane CBD, had the cheapest median sale price of $277,000 over the June quarter, according to Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) house price data.
Inala house prices increased by 1.8% over the June quarter, but are down 5.9% over the past 12 months, when the median price was $295,000.
It is one of 35 suburbs that recorded a median sale prices below the $500,000 median for Brisbane houses, according to REIQ:
