Tracey Bartholomew, the wife of big punter, Sean Bartholomew, has sold their Vaucluse abode.

Around $12 million has been secured through Ray White agent Gavin Rubinstein. It has been bought by Julia Yu, the Pyrmont-based gold mining company director.

It was last sold in 2013 for $8.8 million after being designed by architect Michael Suttor with interiors by Cameron Kimber in 2011.

It came with huge travertine island kitchen, with Gaggenau combiset cooktop, three ovens, two Miele dishwashers, Liebherr twin fridge/freezers, butlers pantry and walk in pantry with dumb waiter to garage.

The three-level residence is on a 1056-square-metre block with a heated pool and gardens by Paul Bangay.
