Property investing holy grail

Discussing investing in property and the ability to buy at the bottom of the market and sell at the top, Property Observer stumbled across this interesting lesson.

Jordan Eliseo, chief economist at ABC Bullion, tweeted out that he thinks there is perhaps 10-20% more growth left in the housing market. But that buying into “overvalued markets for any asset class rarely works well – esp with debt”

When queried about whether it was, truly, the holy grail of investing to buy right at the bottom and sell right at the top, he was quick to provide a warning.
