Property industry veteran Marina Vit is selling her contemporary New Farm townhouse.

Vit, who is the chief operating officer at Mosaic Property Group, paid $1.85 million for the newly built BVN Architect-designed terrace in 2009.

The home in The Ivy development of seven has four bedrooms and a swimming pool.

The entire top floor is dedicated solely to the master suite with walk-in-robe, marble ensuite and private deck.

Each of the three levels are accessed by a private internal lift.

Belle Property New Farm agent Ivo Kornel has the listing.

Vit stepped down as the chief executive at the Urban Development of Institute Australia Queensland last year having spent five years in the role.
