A three bedroom home at Yattalunga, in the Central Coast north of Sydney, has been named as the distressed property of the week by SQM Research following a price reduction of $89,000.

The home, 51 Bourke Ave, Yattalunga, NSW 2251, was first listed in January at $599,000 with all offers now considered, according to the listing.

SQM Research managing director Louis Christopher said with a reduction this large it is clear that the owner is eager to move on from this property and will be open to negotiation.

"This property would therefore be an ideal buy for buyers whose finances are in check and they're ready to pounce," he said.

The home has two street frontages, a large separate garage and workshop, with the potential for a granny flat.
