How much could Ben and Tiffany Tilley secure for their home next door to the Prime Minister in Point Piper?

Not that it is for sale, but it was the topic of conversation among the eastern suburbs glitterati set this week, Title Tattle gleaned.

The regular trader of prestige property is in the box seat to capture a price premium given Chinese buyers love such status.

Ben Tilley paid his neighbours Malcolm and Lucy Turnbull $13.6 million in 2011 with selling agent Brad Pillinger reckoning he could easily secure $20 million plus now.

Of course Tilley's best mate James Packer owns next door to Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu.
