A premier six bedroom property known as Cintamani in the Noosa hinterland has been repriced to $5.7 million.

The elevated single level residence at 430 Sunrise Road, Tinbeerwah, is located 15 kilometres from Noosa.

It offers panoramic views of Noosa Heads, ranging from the coastline to Double Island Point, and the waterways of Noosa River.

Positioned on 35 hectare estate, highlights include a secure gated entry opening on to a long private driveway, chefs kitchen, helipad, tennis court, cinema and commercially equipped bar.

The grounds provides landscaped botanical gardens, an established nursery, barbecue pavilion, poolside terraces, fully equipped gym, billiard room, machinery sheds and separate maids quarters.

The property was last sold in 1994.

Garvan Institute chief operating officer Philip Knox and wife Marianne recently sold Lagoona House, their contemporary Noosa Heads weekender.

Australia's 7-Eleven co-founder Beverley Barlow and husband Douglas recently sold their Paul Clout designed Noosa waterfront that cost the couple $535,000 in 1999.
