It has been listed by Cain Beckett and Alan Jurd of Jurd's Real Estate Cessnock

Surrounded by shade trees, the property at 28 Racecourse Lane, Pokolbin offers views across the neighbouring vineyards to the Brokenback Range. 

Racecourse Lane vineyard also offers water from three dams and PID irrigation from the Hunter River.
