PNAU frontman Nick Littlemore, who performs next month at the Big Pineapple Music Festival on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, has sold his Bondi Beach apartment.

The home sold for $1.06 million ahead of its scheduled midweek auction.

The musician was initially seeking $1.2 million for the apartment that cost him $760,000 in 2010 when he bought it from his brother, Sam, who has since spent $2.35 million on a home in Avalon.

The family had picked up the 85 square metre, two-bedroom art deco unit for $659,000 in 2007.
