Pinkey's Hendra owner Alan Pinkey sells contemporary Brisbane home

Brisbane businessman Alan Pinkey, best known as the owner of Hendra's popular convenience store Pinkey's, and his wife Sharon have sold their Hendra home for $1.71 million.

The couple paid $380,000 for the home at 94 Spring Street in 2001.

Set over two levels, the 512 sqm home has five bedroom, four bathrooms and a living area with its own bar.

French doors open to a north-easterly facing pool and a covered outdoor entertaining area.

Ray White – Ascot agent Leigh Kortlang sold the home.

The couple are set to relocate to the Gold Coast.
