Peter Hansen, the director of construction company Hansen Yuncken, is selling his Cape Schanck coastal house.

Designed 10 years ago by the architect Ross Perrett, it has views across the nearby golf course and Gunnamatta and St Andrews beaches.

It is expected to fetch about $2.5 million through Paul Armstrong of Kay & Burton.

Offers are due April 3 for the property, which is set at the northern end of National Drive.

The Cape Schanck house comes with a spacious living and dining room with adjoining kitchen opening to northern deck, large internal courtyard and separate den with adjoining study.

The main bedroom has an en suite, dressing room and bathroom.

There is also a separate guest or children’s suite consisting of living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
