Perth home values decline by 1.6% in 2017: CoreLogic

Perth has the biggest decline of home values for the year to date, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that Perth’s home value has declined by 1.6% in 2016.

This is followed by a 6% decline of home values over the last 12 months.

Melbourne had a slight increase in home value by 0.9% for the year to date followed by a 13.6% increase over the last 12 months.
