Businesswoman Kerry Moran has sold Pebble Cove Farm at Kiama.

It sold for around $7.3 million after being listed with $7.5 million hopes in May.

The striking V-shaped residence was designed by architect Philip Thalis but only half-complete. 

The concrete, zinc, stone and glass trophy home sits on the working cattle farm with direct access down to the cove on a ridgeline  with views of the Illawarra coast.

It sold through Neil Campbell of Ray White Gerringong inconjunction with Christie’s International.

The median house price for a home in Kiama is $667,500, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
