One of the best beachfront homes in Casuarina, the small coastal town in the north of New South Wales, is on the market.

Five Harper, a Paul Ullmann-Designed mansion has been listed with an area record $6.2 million to $6.4 million guide.

It has been listed by the former motor mechanic Kees Weel, the co-founder and chief executive of PWR Performance Products.

Master built by Bill Kingston in 2005 on four beachfront blocks totalling 2,910 sqm, Five Harper has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three living rooms, a media room and a customised home office.

It sits in established landscaped gardens that feature a pool and spa. There's direct access to Casuarina Beach. 

It's the home of former motor mechanic Kees Weel, the co-founder and chief executive of PWR Performance Products.

The Netherlands born businessman paid $4,975,000 in 2016.

LS Properties Casuarina listing agent Lorna Savage says rarely does a home of this calibre and scale become available.
