Patrick Dangerfield sells redundant Adelaide home
The redundant Adelaide home of the former AFL Adelaide Crow, and reigning Brownlow medalist, Patrick Dangerfield and wife Mardi Harwood is under contract.
His former Henley Beach home hit the market earlier this year, a year after he returned to his Victorian roots to play for Geelong.
The five bedroom Lawrie Street home had $779,000 plus price hopes through Harris Real Estate agent Hannah Delmenico.
It's been renovated since Dangerfield's $605,000 purchase in 2010. It now comes with dual living across two storeys.
Dangerfield recently upgraded his property holdings in his home town of Moggs Creek.
He spent $2.08 million on a two storey 1980s beach house on a dress circle block with a track to the long beach directly opposite.
A renovation could be on the cards again for Dangerfield, if his Instagram page is anything to go by.
He has recently posted a number of images of models of houses, suggesting a reno is imminent.
Dangerfield initially bought into Moggs Creek in 2012, paying $850,000. He sold that home recently for $1.25 million.
