Pat Rafter Woollahra terrace remains listed for sale

The tennis champion Pat Rafter has yet to sell his Woollahra terrace.

It was listed initially for 24 May auction with $2.6 million plus hopes then again for 7 June auction through Paul Ephron of Run Property.

The contemporary Wallis Street three-bedroom terrace cost $2.35 million in 2007.

The price guidance is now $2.5 million plus.

The Noosa-based sportsman previously had his Sydney home on Hopetoun Avenue, Mosman which was sold in 2007 for $7.75 million.

Former tennis ace Pat Rafter is selling his stylish Woollahra terrace for more than $2.6 million.

The two-time US Open winner and Bonds underwear model bought the contemporary three-bedroom terrace in Wallis Street in 2007 for $2.35 million to use as his Sydney base after he sold his Mosman home in Hopetoun Avenue that year for $7.75 million.

Nowadays the Rafters are based in Noosa, where they set a record in 2006 when they bought their double block for $9.5 million.
