Pat Rafter lists Woollahra terrace
The tennis champion Pat Rafter has listed his Woollahra terrace with $2.6 million plus hopes for June 7 auction through Paul Ephron of Run Property.
The contemporary Wallis Street three-bedroom terrace cost $2.35 million in 2007.
The Noosa-based sportsman previously had his Sydney home on Hopetoun Avenue, Mosman which was sold in 2007 for $7.75 million.
