A parkside Camberwell trophy home has been passed in at auction.

The five bedroom, three bathroom house went under the hammer with a price guide of $4,200,000 - $4,600,000.

Helen Yan and Sandra Sutikno are marketing the property at 4 Ruyton Street.

Set on a large 1,512 sqm block, the home features both a pool/spa and a floodlit tennis court.

Tmber parquetry and white porcelain tiles glisten underfoot, plus the residence contains a gas log fire and a gourmet granite kitchen with Miele appliances.

It is located within close proximity to schools, public transport options and other amenities.

The 1993 built home last sold for $4,250,000 in 2017 and it was offered as a rental for an undisclosed price earlier this year.
