Former Pandora Australia jewellery boss Karin Adcock has listed her Newport waterfront abode, Melody Lane with $10 million expectations.

Adcock sold Pandora for about $100 million in 2012, with her latest pursuit in wines.

She bought the Beaconsfield Parade waterfront for $8.1 million in 2009 from the surfing entrepreneur Harry Hodge.

The suburb record has stood since 2008 when her then-husband Brook Adcock, who founded the private equity firm Adcock Private Equity, spent $14.6 million nearby on the dress circle on Pittwater.
