This is supported by a steady trend in new house construction as well as a steady volume of houses being sold.

However Bendigo’s housing market sees new properties frequently being sold at prices that exceed their potential resale value.

A four bedroom house at 8 Flood Street, Bendigo (above) has been listed for between $480,000 to $520,000.

Similarly a three bedroom house at 163 Mitchell Street, Bendigo (below) has been listed for between $540,000 to $560,000.

A three bedroom house at 325 Barnard Street, Bendigo (below) is available from $450 per week.

Similarly a three bedroom house at 27 Bayne Street, Bendigo (below) is available from $250 per week.
