Bradbury Hall Estate, a six bedroom house with views of the River Derwent in Taroona, Tasmania, has hit the market for the first time in over 30 years. 

It is offered by Kim Chandler-Storey from Fall Real Estate. 

Designed by architect Otto Hellwig, Bradbury Hall Estate comes with six bedrooms, multiple living areas, enormous lounge room, dining room with built in cabinetry and access via French doors to the garden, or the pleasant sunroom.

It features include original myrtle floorboards on entry, high ceilings, Axminster carpets, ceiling roses and cornices throughout, and timber panelling. 

Built circa 1937, the three-level house retains all of its original features.

The suburb's median house price sits on $675,500, according to CoreLogic.
