There was a $1.7 million weekend sale at Ormond of a four-bedroom California bungalow.

It had only changed hands a year earlier for $1.54 million, showing a 10 per cent increase in just over a year.

The 99 Leila Rd California bungalow is set in landscaped gardens on 688sqm.
