ONE30 Hyde Park super sizes sky homes
Developers Aoyuan and Ecove have responded to the demand for larger apartment, creating two luxurious two-storey 'sky homes' in their landmark ONE30 Hyde Park project.
An amalgamation of four already substantial three bedroom apartments, each 'sky home' is 286 sqm in size with an internal staircase, media room, wine cellar and two balconies.
Both have quality Gaggenau appliances, timber flooring, high ceilings, natural stone bathrooms, marble kitchen benchtops and secure parking.
The super-sized apartments on floors 28 and 29 and 33 and 34 come with price tags of $8.8 million and $8.9 million.
Last year a 277 sqm penthouse at One30 Hyde Park sold for $9.72 million.
Designed by Bates Smart architects, the building offers one bedrooms from $1.15 million, two bedrooms from $2.19 million and three bedroom apartments from $3.89 million.
Construction company Built have already started demolishing the existing office building at 130 Elizabeth Street to make way for the 38-level residential tower.
The building is due to be completed late 2018 to earn 2019.
