Crimp Knitting Mills, a Prahran inner-city town residence has been scheduled for auction on September 15.

It has been offered by Tom McCarthy from Biggin & Scott Prahran.

Situated at 9 Mcllwrick St, the original warehouse has been converted to a modern residence.
