Nundle, NSW rural property listed for the first time in 82 years

Tarriwarri, a 1,013 hectare rural property in the New England region of New South Wales, has been offered for sale for the first time in 82 years.

The property at 1253 Lindsays Gap Road, Nundle includes seven bores equipped with a mixture of windmills, electric and solar pumps, combined with dams in most paddocks.

There is ample water on this property for stock and domestic use.

The homestead comes with four bedrooms and new kitchen. 

Other features of Tarriwarri include two stand woolshed, machinery shed, hay shed, workshops and a meat room with an enclosed cool room.

Located 52 kilometres south of Tamworth, Tarwarri has an average rainfall of over 30 inches. 

It has been listed for public auction by Daniel McCulloch and George Barton from McCullloch Agencies.
