Nudie Jeans boss Bryce Alton and wife Rebecca have listed their longtime Paddington home.

The designer Regent Street home has become redundant since the couple spent $6.2 million in 2017 on a nearby Luigi Rosselli-designed home that belonged to billionaire Greg Goodman.

Rosselli has been updating the home for them since, making an open plan living area and replacing the kitchen and bathrooms.

The Alton's paid $1.25 million back in 2008 and two years later commissioned a $600,000 full scale transformation.

It comprises two bedrooms, each with an ensuite, and a study.

The open plan living and dining area with heated polished concrete floors opens to a private garden courtyard off the designer Bontempi Cucina kitchen.

The Agency have a $3.3 million to $3.5 million guide for a March 2 auction.
