Zuccoli experiencing NT's biggest jump in stock: Investar

Zuccoli, a relatively new suburb in the City of Palmerston, has experienced the biggest stock increase in the Northern Territory over the past 12 months, according to Investar.

Investar says its sales stock has grown by 80%, from 60 houses this time a year ago to its current 108 offerings.

It is followed by Muirhead with 49% growth and Gunn with 37% growth.

A three bedroom Zuccoli home currently on the market is priced at $499,000 (pictured above).

Set on a 570 square metres, the nearly new house at 35 Myrtlewood Crescent comes with three bedrooms, two living areas, well-appointed kitchen, and established gardens. 

It also features air conditioning throughout, solar power system and double lock up garage. 

Another example is a four bedroom Zuccoli house priced at $475,000 (pictured above).

Built in 2015, the house at 41 Brook Circuit comprises four bedrooms, separate media room, living room, and large back verandah.

It's within close proximity to new schools and the local IGA.
