Stuart Park slowest-selling locality in Northern Territory: RP Data

Houses in Darwin’s Stuart Park took an average of 148 days to sell last year, the longest of any locality in the Northern Territory, according to RP Data. This was closely tailed by Humpty Doo near Darwin, home of the Giant Boxing Crocodile, where it took 131 days to sell. There were just 26 sales in Darwin last year.
