A Rosbery, Northern Territory mortgagee has been listed for $300,000.

The house last sold for $379,000 in 2008.

It has since been listed in 2010 when it sought $465,000 and now in this latest campaign which has run since October 2018.

Michael Keith and Tim Mackenzie of O'Donoghues are marketing the property.

Situated at 1 Granites Drive, the home was originally listed for $399,000 but after an unsucessful October 2019 auction, it is now seeking $300,000.

Set on 801 sqm, the three bedroom one bathroom house was listed as a rental seeking $385/pw in 2013.

Built in 1988, it is located only a short stroll to the Rosebery Primary School as well as Palmerston College, there are also shops close by and just minutes drive to the new Bakewell Shopping Centre, as well as the Palmerston CBD.
