Leanyer is NT's slowest spot to sell a house: Investar

Leanyer takes the least amount of time to sell a house in the Northern Territory, according to a recent report from Investar.

The property valuation firm says that the average time it takes for a house to be sold at Leanyer is 138 days.

This is followed by Anula with 155 days and Wulagi with 160 days.

Another three bedroom home at 14 Nankeen Street, Leanyer (below) has been on the market for over a year, priced at $549,000.

A three bedroom house at 43 Vista Court, Leanyer (below) was recently sold for $535,000.

Similarly a three bedroom house at 28 Sanford Street, Leanyer (below) was recently sold for $516,380. It was on the market for 67 days before its sale.
