Nightcliff is NT's cheapest locality to buy waterfront units: Investar

Nightcliff is Northern Territory’s cheapest locality to purchase a waterfront unit, according to Investar’s latest report.
The property investment firm says that the median price of waterfront units in Nightcliff is $219,000.
This is followed by Coconut Grove with $368,500 and Rapid Creek with $385,000
