A Knuckey Lagoon, Northern Territory mortgagee home has been sold at auction for $1.7 million.

The seven bedroom, four bathroom house last sold for $2.6 million in 2010.

The home had nine registered bidders who bid the home up from $1.2 million to its eventual sale price.

Notably over its four week marketing campaign 108 groups viewed the home, the highest recorded for the NT in 2019.

Situated at 16 Benson Court, Daniel Harris and Kylie Westbrook of Real Estate Central marketed the home.

The 2006 built home sits on roughly 5 acres, and according to the listing "comes with all the bells and whistles".

Amongst these features are two Greenhouse nursery growing structures, multiple sheds for various purposes, poolside bar, Balinese themed hut, as well as undercover parking for 10 vehicles.

The property is fully fenced with an electronic remote entrance.
