NT apartment makes SQM top ten discounted list
A Northern Territory apartment has popped in tenth place in SQM's nationwide top ten discounted properties as a new entry.
The two bedroom unit, 13/83 Aralia Street, Rapid Creek, NT was first listed for $349,000 in the beginning of 2015.
According to SQM, after a year on the market, the vendor knocked this price down to a more comfortable $280,000 in February 2016 and has since cut a further $30,000 from the price to list at $250,000.
