Since its completion two years ago, The Grand Residences in Eastlakes still stands as the newest apartment development in the gateway suburb to Sydney's East.

With the final apartments recently being released to the market, we went down to The Grand Residences to talk to its residents and find out what it's like to live in the development.

There's been a mix of owner-occupiers over the years.

Peter, an interior designer, has been at The Grand Eastlakes since it was completed two years ago, while Prateek had been a tenant in the building before recently purchasing a unit as a rentvestor.

Both owners talked to the quality of what developer Crown Group has created at The Grand Residences, as well as the extensive facilities in the building and the prime location, offering access to Sydney's best beaches and the thriving cafe and dining hubs of Rosebery and Newtown.

Another resident praised the convenience and accessibility of The Grand Residences, noting its proximity to essential amenities such as cafes, supermarkets, and public transport.
