Why Grand Reve is in one of the best locations in Castle Hill

Presenting a rare opportunity to buy brand new away from the Showground Precinct which will be flooded with over 1,500 apartments in the next few years, Grand Reve’s location is one of its biggest drawcards – 200m from Castle Towers and 350m from the Metro.

Castle Hill has long been the hub of the Hills District.

Traditionally it's been a family friendly suburb, with over three quarters of dwellings being houses.

But units are now in fashion, and that has seen the Castle Hill unit market join the $1 million median club, according to CoreLogic. Their latest research shows Castle Hill's median apartment value reached just over $1 million in May, up $100,000 from the same time in 2021.

The billions of dollars of planned infrastructure is no doubt a factor, attracting apartment buyers to the suburb which is just 30 kilometres north west of the Sydney CBD and under 10 kilometres to Parramatta.

2022 has seen a number of new developments lodged through council and launched to market. As most of these are located within the Showground Precinct, none can compete with the unrivalled location of Grand Reve – right in the heart of Castle Hill.

Presenting a rare opportunity to buy brand new away from the Showground Precinct which will be flooded with over 1,500 apartments in the next few years, Grand Reve’s location is one of its biggest drawcards. Positioned on Garthowen Crescent, a small cul-de-sac 200m from Castle Towers and 350m from the Metro, Grand Reve offers the ultimate convenience – residents will be able to stroll to one of Australia's largest shopping centres for all their necessities and walk to the Metro for an easy commute.

Castle Towers Shopping Centre is also getting an upgrade – a $300 million investment will produce a new multi-level upgrade and an expansion to over 300 stores.

The first phase of the redevelopment, which opened in 2019, included New South Wales’ first direct pedestrian link to the Castle Hill Metro Station and bus interchange, new communal spaces and a bustling new food court and vibrant marketplace.

Being positioned away from the Showground Precinct also means Grand Reve is more connected to nature, with Castle Hill Heritage Park just north of the site.

And with landscaping by Arcadia to feature 2,300 sqm of terraced podium gardens lined with seating areas and tree groves, Grand Reve brings its own nature to the development for all residents to enjoy.

Grand Reve is proving popular with families with a number of educational institutions within walking distance, including St Bernadette's Primary School just 450 metres away, Castle Hill Public School 800 metres away, Castle Hill High School 1.6 kilometres away and TAFE Baulkham Hills less than 3 kilometres away.

Construction has commenced on the well-positioned project with reputable builder Dasco, giving buyers further incentive to look at Grand Reve and confidence in its progress with completion slated for late 2023.

Following the success of the first release, McGrath Projects recently launched the second stage of Grand Reve, the towers designed by Turner Studio to be sculptural elements. The two towers are connected by an L-shaped, level three podium, offering views across the surrounding Hills area and out towards the Sydney CBD.

Developer Kassis Homes, led by the local award-winning home builder Sam Kassis, has turned it up a notch in every apartment. Even the studio apartments come with Wolf appliances and Parisi tapware as standard. Some of the more premium apartments feature SubZero appliances.

Kassis’ goal for Grand Reve, which translates to "dream big" in French, was to bring something completely different to the apartment market, something Kassis has been doing with the houses he's been creating for years. Grand Reve is successfully setting a new benchmark for luxury apartment living in the Hills District.

Popular with local downsizers and upsizers looking for oversized apartments close to Castle Towers and the Metro, Grand Reve ticks all the boxes – spacious, luxurious apartments close to every conceivable convenience, with no compromising on space.
