Built in 1968 and designed by architect Nicholas Munster, this home shows off the Modernist design principles of a light-filled interior and cross-flow ventilation. At the time it was considered revolutionary, with curved walls and ceiling features, marble and terrazzo floors and an indoor tiled fish pond. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom house, called Camelot, is in one of Sydney's most tightly held areas, Centennial Park.  It includes a sauna and landscaped gardens and is being sold through Ken Jacobs Christies agent Ken Jacobs, with price hopes of $5.4 million. In October 2010 the property came on the market with price hopes of $6.5 million.
