Luigi Rosselli, one of Australia's most revered architects, was behind the designs of Pointe, the off the plan apartment development in Edgecliff.

The architectural inspiration for the tower at 448 Edgecliff Road draws from the subtle curves of the Harbour's undulating bays.

Luigi Rosselli Architects thoughtfully incorporated sandstone elements, reflecting the earthy textures of the natural landscape.

The architecture firm said the development is "as slender and gracious as a ballet dancer hovering over Edgecliff."

"Shaped with rough rendered walls, curved glass balustrades and double edge concrete beams, this will be Luigi Rosselli Architects' tallest residential tower overlooking Sydney Harbour Bridge.

"The entry hall with brick brise soleil will be the ground for it’s eleven storeys, whilst it’s interiors with slender design and graceful curves will be drenched in light and Harbour views."

The centrepiece of the residences are the generous whole-floor open plan living and dining areas, flowing onto an extensive north-facing entertainers terrace with Sydney Harbour and city skyline views.

The kitchen features honed travertine benchtops and splashbacks, while the master bedrooms boast substantial walk-in-robes and a full ensuite. Luxury extends into the bathrooms, which showcase travertine, oak, handmade terracotta tiles, and bronze accents.

A separate laundry and a media/rumpus room with ample storage enhance the convenience and functionality of the homes.

Residents of Pointe also enjoy a communal garden and pool, providing a serene retreat amidst the bustling cityscape.

Situated in the vibrant neighbourhood of Edgecliff, 'Pointe Living' is as slender and gracious as a ballet dancer, commanding an unparalleled position above the iconic Sydney Harbour. The tower's facade features rough-rendered walls, curved glass balustrades, and double-edge concrete beams, making it a true architectural masterpiece.

Residents will also find themselves in close proximity to a number of cafes, scenic harbour parks, high-end fashion boutiques, fine dining, efficient public transport options, and some of Australia's leading schools.

The project is being developed by Primo Developments. Founded in 2014, Primo's previous developments have won the 2018 Award for Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing from Australian Institute of Architects and the 2018 Excellence in Housing from Master Builders Association.
