Sydney metropolitian auctions return this weekend.

The Australia Day long weekend is typically dominated by coastal offerings.

But Tracey Yap at Epping has a four bedroom, two bathroom brick auction at 29 Fonti Street (pictured above).

"We have a few buyers, whose holidays are over," she told Property Observer.

Yap's agency also has 29 Benson Street, West Ryde for weekend auction.

Louis Carr has a Castle Hill auction with $1.7 million hopes for the five bedroom house on 2,000 square metres.

It does come with a summery aspect, a palm tree next to the back yard pool.

Homebush and Merrylands also have scheduled auctions.

There are coastal auctions are on this weekend at Sussex Inlet, Fingal Bay, Tweed Heads, Mollymook and Brunswick Heads.
