Snooze secures Coffs Harbour lease

National bedding retailer Snooze has secured 800 square metres of retail space at Coffs Harbour, on the north coast of NSW.

The lease for the 1 Mainsbridge Drive property is for five years, at an annual gross rental of $190 per square metre.

Garry McDowall of Savills Australia negotiated the lease. The property is said to have prominent Pacific Highway frontage in an established bulky goods retail precinct and is about 3 kilometres from the Coffs Harbour CBD.
