Before Christmas the celebrity builder Scott Cam was seeking $3,100 a week tenants at his redundant Rosebery house following his $4.6 million Vaucluse mansion purchase.

Its Caesarstone kitchen comes with Ilve appliances, five-burner gas hob, double oven, dishwasher and walk-in pantry.

There are an additional four double bedrooms, all with built-ins.
The grounds have north-facing grassed garden with solar-heated saltwater pool complete with decking, sunbeds and a separate cabana with kitchen/wet bar, living room, home theatre, guest bedroom, bathroom and steam room.
It comes with "big workshop space" (pictured below) plus office.
