Qantas senior executive vice president Wally Mariani is selling his three-bedroom Bellevue Hill apartment.
It comes with $3.6 million plus hopes.
Wally Mariani is based in California and no longer needs his Sydney base.
Located in the Azzurra complex on Benelong Crescent, the apartment features 300 square metres of indoor and outdoor space.
The property features a wrap around northern terrace with views of the harbour, ocean and golf course.
Azzurra is made up of six apartments and includes pool and gym facilities.
Mariani purchased the apartment in June 2006 for $3.4 million.
The property is listed with Brad Caldwell-Eyles, Cara Atchison and Julian Hasemer of 1st city for September 2 auction.
The median apartment price in Bellevue Hill is $755,000, a 29% change in five years, according to RP Data.
