More than $20 million is being sought for a prime Darling Point harbourfront home. The modern house with dramatic wet-edge pool is set at the end of the Eastbourne Road cul-de-sac on a 979-square-metre block.

The house comes with 700 square metres of living and entertaining areas with internal lift access to all three levels.

It has five bedrooms with terraces and six bathrooms, including a luxurious master wing with a marble ensuite with a bath and a custom-designed dressing room.

Complete with a bar area and gas fire, the formal entertaining space opens to a covered wraparound terrace for alfresco entertaining.

The house comes with a sauna, library area and home theatre, which makes the perfect children’s retreat. Bill Malouf and Emma Prgomelja at L.J. Hooker Double Bay have the listing.

Darling Point’s other significant listing is on the Lindsay Avenue cul-de sac with $40 million plus hopes. Some local press reports suggested the Lindsay Avenue listing ought fetched even more than $50 million.
