Kalaurgan, the renovated, heritage-listed, gothic revival-style Moss Vale property, remains for sale but with reduced price expectations. Shena Jackson, the former sports industry executive, will now take $995,000 for the Southern Highlands property.

Some $1.4 million was sought in 2009, then $1,275,000 in 2010 and $1.15 million in February 2011.

It’s the residence that Mary MacKillop occupied in the 1880s, according to the marketing campaign, which hasn’t worked miracles.

The 3,768-square-metre Browley Street property, which last traded at $860,000 in 2008, has been listed through Victoria Morish and Susannah Anderson at Di Jones in conjunction with John Renouf at Highlands Property.
