With over 15 years development experience across Sydney's eastern suburbs, RnB Property Group have taken to the sought after Bellevue Hill for their latest project.

Drawing inspiration from the original building which laid claim to the 49 Drumalbyn site before the recent development, Palomar will deliver just eight residences to the prestigious enclave.

RnB say Palomar evokes a timeless romance, with the development curated with Mediterranean-style architecture.

The built form comprises a white brick-finish façade, with arched bronze windows encompassing some of the most impressive north harbour aspects.

The residences will include three-bedrooms, with state-of-the-art finishes and a modern Australian sensibility that brings a unique quality of design and luxury to the enviable pocket.

Bathed in northern light, Palomar also incorporates expansive gardens and terraces, featuring floral terrazzo tiles, stone-clad exteriors and lush oasis-inspired landscaping.

Stepping inside Palomar, the interiors are coloured with an earthy palette, complimented with organic textures.

An organic minimalism is featured throughout Palomar's kitchens, comprising honed limestone bench tops, splashbacks of handmade Spanish tiles, powder-coated white and bronze lattice cabinetry, as well as fully integrated Gaggenau appliances.

Construction is set to wrap up later this year on the boutique project, with 1st City Agent, Yaron Foghel saying the respect the developers and architects have paid to the existing heritage of the building is something that truely sets Palomar apart.

"The design of Palomar, with the white bricks and organic materials really respects the original building design," he said.

"While they've created a brand new building, they've kept the same name and overall look of the original building."

Foghel said they had a number of local downsizers taking up stock at the Bellevue Hill project, along with international buyers from Hong Kong and Singapore.

"We've seen high interest particularly from expats, as well as local downsizers who are looking to stay maintain the exclusive eastern suburbs address, while enjoying the luxuries of apartment-style living."
