Leading Australian developer Toga Group has released the final stage of residences at its iconic Surry Hills Village precinct.

The last three completed terraces, known as the Marriott Street Terraces, will likely sell between $3.7 million and $3.9 million.

SJB Director Adam Haddow, a Surry Hills local who designed the terraces, says terrace housing is synonymous with inner-city living in Sydney.

"At Surry Hills Village, each terrace has been individually designed with its own identity, a playful street presence, and generous courtyards at its heart," Haddow said.

"These homes are made for entertaining, thoughtfully balancing privacy and abundant natural light, all while closely connected to the surrounding retail, restaurants, cafes, and everyday essentials that anchor the community at Surry Hills Village.”

Each three-bedroom, three-bathroom terrace comes with a prized car space, a rarity for terraces in the Surry Hills/Redfern area.

They span two levels and feature a landscaped courtyard garden, a separate alfresco terrace with built-in Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and a functional scullery to ensure maximum preparation space while keeping sleek aesthetics in mind.

Each terrace’s striking facade reflects the Surry Hills iconic streetscape and allows natural light to fill spacious living areas and an effortless transition between outdoor entertaining areas and oversized indoor areas.

The terraces are close to one of Sydney’s most sought-after new dining and shopping precincts, Wunderlich Lane with the hottest restaurants like Olympus Dining, Lottie and Bar Julius, all only 15 minutes from Sydney CBD.

Paul Shaw, Executive General Manager of Toga Group, said it is rare to find a development that offers such strong synergy between space, privacy and connectivity.

"Residents can enjoy the oversized living areas, secluded communal gardens and private underground parking, while only being a walk away from the vibrant cultural offerings of Wunderlich Lane," Shaw said.

"The final three terraces of our exclusive Marriott Street collection offer a new way of modern living which has resonated strongly with both the community and the buyer market.”
