Prime is the newest development in the heart of Macquarie Park from Sydney-based property developer, JQZ.

The striking collection of four tower buildings rises to a maximum height of 23 storeys and comprises 680 apartments in one, two, three and four-bedroom configurations.

A precinct in itself, Prime draws strength from a charismatic relationship between its built form and multi-layered public and private spaces.

Designed by PTW Architects, Prime will deliver a new living quarter that the developer says will “shape a new focal point for this rising cosmopolitan hub”.

Each apartment offers grand outlooks that act as a backdrop to the diverse selection of residences available to homebuyers, as well as with private rooftop gardens and sunrooms.

The towers are elevated above the urban hub, with upper-level apartments enjoying views of the Sydney and Chatswood CBD skylines, as well as the expansive green of nearby national parkland.

Residences feature quality fixtures and fittings, including Ceasarstone island benches and Miele appliances.

Open plan living spaces are lit with abundant natural light through to floor-to-ceiling windows. A number of apartments have access to secure parking.

The resort-style precinct includes outdoor barbecue grills, alfresco dining spaces under sheltered arbours, an immersive indoor-outdoor pool and podium gardens.

Residents who need an escape from the bustling metropolitan pace outside your home will enjoy the project’s meditative space, which includes viewing platforms and soft planting as a sanctuary from the city.

“Prime architecture in a prime location, this remarkable new resort-style neighbourhood precinct is set to light up the heart of Macquarie Park’s vibrant town centre”, the project marketing reads.

Prime will likely attract the student rental market, given its walking distance proximity to Macquarie University and its many libraries, as well as the new Metro station that links to Chatswood.

Prime sits adjacent to a shopping centre featuring over 400 stores and an entertainment precinct.
