Little yearly change in Sydney luxury residential units resale prices: Savills

Savills Research has reported the March quarter showed little change in the average resale price of luxury apartments in Sydney when compared to the same time last year.

In March 2012, one-bedroom apartments hovered around the $1 million mark, and the latest figure (above right) show it as $1.06 million.

The two-bedroom apartments were at a similar level to their current $1.78 million price point.

Three-bedroom apartments have shown little price movement over the past 12 months and currently sit at an average of $3.58 million, but higher in March 2011 (see below).
